Fratellos Waterfront Restaurant & Brewery opened on the Fox River in Oshkosh, late 1995. Under the name of Fratello's (meaning brothers) & Fox River Brewing Co., the Supple Brothers, long-standing restaurateurs, dove into the brewing industry.
Fratellos Waterfront Brewery & Restaurant opened at the Fox River Mall in Appleton, November 1997.
